Speed Art Museum 30-Hour Opening Celebration

To the delight of the entire community, the Speed Art Museum at last held its grand reopening after a three-year closure and $60 million renovation and expansion. The opening came in the form of a 30-hour celebration held March 12 and 13. It featured 30 hours of non-stop music, performances, interactive activities and art provided by distinguished local artists, musicians and cultural partners.
