Bring Out Your Inner Irish This March 17th

While I’m uncertain of the power of the four leaf- clover or if leprechauns truly do exist, I am certain the masses will turn out this Saturday to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

Seemingly everyone has a little Irish blood in them on March 17th.

The St. Patty’s Day celebration is all about the parades, tons of green beer, Irish food and green attire worn by all.

Everyone must remember to wear green, because if you don’t, you’re sure to get pinched.

We all know Americans don’t need an excuse to drink, but when you add theme dressing and beaded necklaces, the evening can turn foggy.

St. Patrick’s Day is also the holiday when drinking before noon is not frowned upon, but actually encouraged.

Finding the perfect Irish pub to celebrate St. Patty’s Day is not that hard. It’s all about marking your territory early in your favorite venue.

You never know, if you camp out long enough, you may find yourself on top of a table dancing a jig later in the evening.

Since the Irish are known as the “friendliest people in the world,” it’s no surprise that celebrating St. Patrick’s Day is a day of merriment here in the U.S.

The Irish know how to have a great time, and America’s Irish immigrants have successfully passed the bliss of their national holiday into America’s cultural fiber.

I say this Saturday put on your best green outfit and get out there and drink green beer!

Our city will be filled with festivities to satisfy everyone’s Irish needs. There’s no excuse not to reconnect with your inner Irish self.

Enjoy a culture that embraces life in a big way!

As the Irish are famous for saying, “Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day.”
