PEGASUS PARADE

The Kentucky Derby Festival (KDF) Pegasus Parade brought the local community and visitors alike together in celebration of the Kentucky Derby. The parade took place on Sunday, April 28, transforming Broadway in Downtown Louisville into a vibrant spectacle. This year, the parade’s theme was “Celebrating Derby 150”, commemorating the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby. Derby-inspired décor and lively displays filled the downtown area. The parade featured marching bands, beautifully adorned horses and riders, colorful floats, and larger-than- life inflatable characters.
