Red Pin Media is looking for a skilled office manager to support our local media operations. Our next office manager will support our sales, production and billing teams with a focus on details, procedures and team dynamics. We are looking for a coworker who is excited about getting things right and preventing details from falling through the cracks. To succeed in this position, you should have strong prior experience with a variety of office software in Windows and Mac environments. A successful candidate will be a leader among peers in technology adoption and knows what it means to learn-by-teaching. Our next office manager is open to shifting needs and maintains a positive attitude amidst competing demands. QUALIFICATIONS include the following: (1) Minimum of an Associates Degree (2) Experience with Quick Books or similar automated financial software (3) Knowledge of basic accounting principles (4) Strong computer skills (5) Knowledge of spreadsheet applications (6) Proficiency with Google Office Suite (Gmail, Calendar, and Google+ for communication; Drive for storage; Docs and Sheets) (7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (8) CRM experience a plus.
