The University of Louisville defeated Barry 91-71 in its first exhibition game of the 2014-15 season. Senior forward Wayne Blackshear led all scorers with 22 points, while Montrezl Harrell had 18 points and five rebounds. The Cardinals shot 52.1% from the field, while the Buccaneers shot just 33.3%. Louisville led 45-29 at the half, but the game was closer for the majority of the second half. The Cards only outscored Barry by four points in the second half, 46-42. Louisville moves on to play Bellarmine in an exhibition game Sunday, Nov. 9 at 12:30 p.m. at the KFC Yum! Center.
